What we stand for

IT projects need the human touch.

It is well-known fact that a large proportion of IT projects fails. Results don’t live up to expectations. In many projects, systems are built purely on the basis of the specifications. This approach has little success because it does not look at the human factor of IT.

Our approach is different. We look beyond the assignment description. We take the human factor into account. We don’t rest until the aim of the assignment is absolutely clear. Then we continually monitor the result in question. And therein lies the crux of what we do. People often don’t say what they mean and often don’t mean what they say. It’s a skill finding out what is really required. hat does not only apply to the applications we build, but also to the consultancy we provide. Every time we try to get the answer to the question “why?”. Because that’s where it all starts.

How do we do it?

Our project approach is directed at unearthing the real questions and problems and continually testing them as the project proceeds. In order to reach the best possible result, we are continually in touch with our customer. We are there on the spot so we can tackle modifications right away and avoid misunderstandings. It’s important  that both business and IT organisation continue to support the project and see results. That’s why we deliver solutions in phases. We listen carefully to our customers so any new insights can be incorporated in the development process. In this way we can deliver the systems they need.

When we build software, we prefer to work to a fixed price and fixed delivery date. This isn’t magic, but everyday reality for our customers.
