IT Talent Program

Clever programmers don't write programs.

The IT Talent Program has been specially developed by COOLProfs for young IT talents who have completed VWO and bèta HBO/WO education without (or with less than two years) relevant work experience. It is an integral part of the Career Development Program at COOLProfs and lasts one year, during which time the basic skills for a further career in IT are developed. .

At COOLProfs you're the architect of your own career! We think it important that you discover what your great passion in life is - job wise - and that you continue to develop it. Whether that passion is in the area of analysing, designing or building systems or, for example, managing projects makes no difference. The appreciation and the remuneration are the same. In the IT Talent Program, you determine what you aspire to and what you enjoy in your work. Each year we discuss together what you want to improve, what you can improve and how you can do that. This is recorded in your Career Development Plan. At COOLProfs you do the things you're good at!
