Our projects are always challenging and demand a creative and pragmatic mind-set.

Mostly they are carried out in multidisciplinary teams where the contribution of individual team members is crucial for overall success of the project. Many of our projects are carried out on the basis of fixed price, fixed date, fixed quality. Working in a project-oriented way is therefore essential.

In our line of work it's all about knowledge. So we spend a lot of time keeping our knowledge up to date and passing it on. We regularly get together to exchange ideas, train each other, or follow external training courses. The portal product "Knowledge Portal", based on sharepoint, forms the heart of our knowledge management. But it doesn't stop there: after all, you learn systems development by doing it. Through technical projects, products and systems are developed for which we make use of the latest techniques and trends. .

IT starters

For beginning system developers we have set up a special training program: the IT Talent Program.

Experienced Gen developers

With more than 3 years experience in the development of applications in CA Gen, varying from Project management, Functional design, Analysis, Building and Implementation.

Experienced .Net developers

With a completed HBO or WO/education or working level and at least 3 years experience in developing in .Net

Junior .NET developers

With a completed HBO or WO/education or working level and less than 3 years experience in developing in .Net
